  • ‘Taking Off’ is all about ‘self’ which includes individual goals for the Learner
  • ‘Tapping In’ is discovering ‘what’s out there’ and how this builds the Learner
  • ‘In Control’ starts the ‘Transformation’ of the Learner from where they are now, to where they can be
