Below you will find more information on how easy it is to enrol in one of our many great courses

 Fees

 Fees must accompany enrolments, which will be accepted in the order received. A concession is offered (unless otherwise indicated) to anyone with a current Centrelink benefit card . This does not apply to Creative Learners or U3A. Please note that enrolments in classes will not be secured without fees being paid. 
 

Online Enrolments

Visit the courses section on our website and select a course and proceed to enrol and pay online.

Refunds - Conditions of Enrolment

Please choose your course/s carefully. Once we have processed your enrolment, we are unable to arrange refunds, except in the following conditions:

    • A refund by cheque, will be made when a course is cancelled by the AWCC.
    • A Credit Note can be applied for, if circumstances do not permit the student to attend, provided 3 working days notice is given. An administration fee of $20 will apply.


NOTE: If you enrol within 3 days of the course commencing, you forfeit your right to receive a Credit Note. The AWCC cannot be responsible for changes in a student's circumstances. Please refer to the Refund Policy, which is available on request. While the AWCC makes every effort to ensure a positive learning outcome, we cannot accept responsibility for the student's own abilities and application.

Course Confirmation

You will receive a receipt as confirmation of your enrolment. You wll only be contacted in the event of a course being postponed or cancelled. The Albury Wodonga Community College reserves the right to rearrange or cancel courses as required, giving as much notice as possible to participants.

Enrolment Deadlines

Decisions as to whether a course will run or not are made 3 working days prior to the commencement date of that course and all applications for enrolment are made strictly in order of registration of enrolment. If you are enrolling less than 3 working days prior to the commencement date, please check at the time of registration to ensure that the course will be running.

Student Information

With changes to the statistical collection of data, students are advised that their mailing address details can be used for the purpose of conducting a Student Outcomes Survey by the State Government Department of Education and Training, or other government agencies.
